Our Weeland Park development in Kellingley, West Yorkshire is built on the site of the last deep coal mine in Britain which closed in 2015.
CRT Property worked with Harworth Group in 2020 to deliver Weeland Park.
CRT Property’s development at Weeland Park is a complement to the larger Konect 62 development which is currently being brought forward by Cole Waterhouse.
The project won the RICS Award for Community Benefit in the Yorkshire & Humber in 2022.
