Company Overview

CRT Property is building prosperity and opportunity in former coalfield communities across Britain. We do this through developing industrial units for SMEs generating jobs and economic growth and then using our taxable profits to fund the work of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust charity delivering social value and changing lives for the better.

Our property portfolio is more than 670,000 sq. ft. with investments and developments across Britain and generates a rental income of more than £4 million a year.

We have a successful track record of working with major property developers such as Harworth Group and Cole Waterhouse providing a complementary development to support them to deliver their ESG goals.

We have successfully worked with the public sector through national bodies such as Homes England as well as regional and local government to support their aims to generate jobs and economic growth in deprived former coalfield communities.

Our CRT Renewables clean energy subsidiary has generated more than six million kwH of electricity since 2013 - saving almost 1,200 tonnes of carbon dioxide from fossil fuels.
